Meet the Doctors

Dr. Steven Shama

Dr. Steven Shama has over 25 years of experience in the field of dermatology. A graduate of Columbia College in New York and Temple Medical School in Philadelphia, he has been board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Shama completed his specialty training at the Department of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Medical Association.

An active member of the community, Dr. Shama actively participates in the annual 100-mile bike ride to support Camp Discovery. He looks forward to caring for the needs of each patient at Brookline Village Dermatology.

Dr. Christopher Adams

Dr. Adams earned his bachelor of science from Harvard University and his doctorate from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency in dermatology at Suny Stony Brook Medical Center and specializes in general dermatology as well as dermatological surgery. Outside the office, Dr. Adams is also a highly-skilled ceramic artist, having developed numerous exhibits on various subject matters.

Dr. Chedid

Dr. Chedid received her doctorate from John Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in surgery at Deaconess Hospital in Boston and a residency in plastic surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in hand surgery at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Chedid is a published author a public lecturer and serves as clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School.
