Office Policies

At Brookline Village Dermatology, our goal is to make each patient happy! We strive to make your visit with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Our office and service features are designed around your needs to enhance your dermatological experience. Our reception area features coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a variety of reading materials. Our examination rooms are warm and friendly. We also play soft background music to help you relax during a procedure. Our incredible team members continuously strive to make you feel at home!

Appointments

If you need to make an appointment, please call the office at 617-277-8332 and a member of our staff will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Because of the high volume of calls to most dermatology practices, it may not be possible for us to personally answer your call. In those instances when we cannot personally answer your call, please leave a message, and we will make every effort to return your call within the same half-day.

Emergencies

Our answering service is available after regular office hours and weekends. Please call 617-730-3079 and an answering service member will notify the doctor on call.

For true medical emergencies at any time, please dial 911. If you are unable to reach us during our normal office hours, and you are experiencing a medical "urgency" please call 617-351-0510. This will page the office beeper and we will return your call within 20 minutes. Outside the normal office hours please call the answering service at (617) 730-3079 and the on call doctor will return your call.
